Spark Manufacturing is a welding, fabrication and manufacturing company located in Windsor Ontario.

With over 20 years of fabricating and welding experience we are confident that we can weld, repair, or fabricate to meet your requirements. Our company is CWB certified to meet structural standards. We partner with local machine shops to accommodate any machining requirements allowing us to fabricate, weld, machine, assemble and install any project that comes our way.

Processes

GMAW (Mig Welding):

We can mig weld a wide variety of materials including stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum. Flux cored welding available for all position welding if required.

SMAW (Stick Welding):

Stick welding is not commonly used in shops but is available. We can weld mild steel, stainless steel, inconel, and chrome.

Cutting and Bending:

We work closely with a local supplier to laser cut and bend material to meet your requirements.

Welding Inspection:

Certified welding inspector on staff for inspecting all welding that is completed in the shop and welding that is completed off site.

GTAW (Tig welding):

Tig welding experience with many materials including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, inconel, and various tool steels. We can weld various material thickness including sheet metal

Oxy-Acetylene Torches:

We use Oxy-acetylene torches to cut, bend, heat or braze in the shop or out in the field.

Mobile Welding:

We have a mobile welding service that allows us to weld on site wherever is needed. We can stick weld or tig weld on site to accommodate repairs, full fabrication projects and installs.
